Entscheid.io has no accounts and no servers. Every decision you create is stored only on your own device, so you can delete all of it yourself, immediately, without asking us for anything. There is no account to close.
Delete a single decision
- Open the app and go to the decision list.
- Swipe the decision you want to remove.
- Tap Delete.
The decision and everything inside it (options, criteria, observations, timings, tasks, notes) is erased from your device straight away.
Delete your AI assistant API key
- Open the assistant, then open its settings.
- Choose Clear key (or clear the API key field and save).
The key is removed from your device's secure keychain immediately. We never receive or store it, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Delete everything at once
Either uninstall the app, or:
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps → Entscheid.io.
- Tap Storage → Clear data (and Clear cache).
This permanently removes all decisions, settings and your stored API key. The action is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no backup and no recovery.
What is deleted, and what is kept

We operate no servers and no accounts, so we hold no copy of any of the above and no additional retention period applies on our side.
Need help, or want to ask us directly?
Email contact@entscheid.io with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm within a few working days. Because we hold no personal data about you, our reply will confirm that there is nothing on our side to erase and will walk you through the steps above.
